We are pleased to announce our forthcoming merger with White, Cirrito, Nally & Lynch, LLP.  It is scheduled to take place officially on December 1, 2023. On that date our combined firm will begin conducting its practice as White, Cirrito, Nally & Lynch, LLP.

Our firm began its professional practice in 2016. Over the years our boutique law practice has expanded, and we have developed a wonderful, qualified staff.  We have been fortunate to have experienced consistent growth year after year, which has been directly related to referrals from clients like you who appreciate our commitment to providing responsive quality legal services, as well as from other real estate and banking professionals who have trusted us to provide those same quality legal services to their clients.

White, Cirrito, Nally & Lynch, LLP shares the same values we do and exceeded our hopes for a firm we can combine with and continue the tradition we have for excellent service, deep expertise, and an environment that our clients and associates want to be a part of.

We decided to seek an affiliation because we believe that a larger organization will allow us to provide a wider array of expertise in different areas of law such as real estate litigation (both residential and commercial) and landlord tenant representation, as well as expanding our real estate, corporate law, banking representation and estate planning legal services.  

We look forward to discussing our expanded legal services in more depth with you. However, there are several things we want to point out that will not change:

•             You will continue to work with the same people in our firm that you have in the past. All of our people are being retained in their current roles.

•             The legal services we have provided to you in the past will continue.

We will be moving our offices to 64 Hilton Avenue, Hempstead, New York 11550 on December 1, 2023. Our existing phone numbers will remain the same as will our emails.
